Registration is now open for the ANSTT Workshop 2018. Registration will close on 28 February 2018 and payment is due in full by 28 February 2018. The expected fees will be as follows: (to be confirmed depending on level of funding) Full participant: ZAR 2000.00 (Euro 124) (The fee (which is subsidized) include registration, airport transfers, daily transport, welcome function, spitbraai, excursion, lunch and refreshments during the workshop and participant package). Students have to provide a student number and details of their supervisor. Accompanying Person: ZAR 1500.00 (Euro 92) (The fees include attendance of the welcome function, excursion, spitbraai). Please note all banking transfer fees are for the account of the participant. Payment details: An invoice will be supplied upon registration. Payment can be made via EFT as per the banking details below and on the invoice. Cancellation and Payment Policy Registration will not be considered as complete until full payment is received. Refund of registration fees, less 20% for administrative charges, will be made for cancellations received before 5 February 2018. After this date, no refunds will be possible. In order to enable an iCal export link, your account needs to have an API key created. This key enables other applications to access data from within Indico even when you are neither using nor logged into the Indico system yourself with the link provided. Once created, you can manage your key at any time by going to 'My Profile' and looking under the tab entitled 'HTTP API'. Further information about HTTP API keys can be found in the Indico documentation.
Additionally to having an API key associated with your account, exporting private event information requires the usage of a persistent signature. This enables API URLs which do not expire after a few minutes so while the setting is active, anyone in possession of the link provided can access the information. Due to this, it is extremely important that you keep these links private and for your use only. If you think someone else may have acquired access to a link using this key in the future, you must immediately create a new key pair on the 'My Profile' page under the 'HTTP API' and update the iCalendar links afterwards.
