DESCRIPTION:Post-workshop news\n\nThe video of the workshop is now online:

istered participants will receive a link to the event.\n\n\nDescription\n\
nFollowing the discovery of an SM-like Higgs boson at the Large Hadron Col
lider the chief focus is on the observation of new phenomena beyond the St
andard Model.\n\nSuch observations would provide clear guiding principles
for the future of the entire field that are\, given the present discussion
s on future colliders all over the world\, more crucial than ever before.\
n\nSo far\, inclusive and model dependent searches have not provided evide
nce of new resonances\, indicating that these could be driven by more subt
le topologies\, hidden by large backgrounds. Phenomenologists have found
many classes of New Physics that are difficult to test with current LHC an
alyses.\n\nIn this light\, it is important to keep investigating what theo
ries could be further explored. In addition\, we need to elaborate on met
hodologies that display less model dependencies. The use of Machine Learni
ng may play a critical role here.\n\nThe opportunity to test a wide range
of New Physics opened up very recently: CERN announced on the 11th of Dec
ember 2020 a new open data policy\, which "will make scientific research
more accessible to the community". This opens up the testing ground for n
ew search strategies.\n\nThe aim of this workshop is to bring together the
ory and experiment to identify novel signatures connected to such 'hidden'
New Physics\, to devise new methodologies\, and to establish new search s
 trategies.\n\n\nInternational Organising Committee:\n \n\nStefan Antusch
