Information for Presenters

Please see below the additional information for those who will be presenting at ANPC 2021.

A reminder to please ensure that you are registered to attend the conference. We request that this is done as soon as possible.

Invited Talks:

The time allocated is 30 minutes, i.e. 25 minutes for the presentation and 5 minutes for discussion. You have the option of pre-recording your talk. This option is advisable if you are concerned about network or power stability during your presentation. Should you choose to record, please let the conference organisers know via anpc2021@tlabs.ac.za that they should expect a recording from you, which must be uploaded on Indico on or before Wednesday 8 September 2021.

Tips and guidelines to consider when pre-recording can be found here.

Guidelines for uploading presentation materials can be found here. When uploading your files, please use the following naming convention:

Poster Sessions:

The conference organisers have made the decision to include two poster sessions during the conference instead of having short presentations. This is so that the maximum number of deserving abstracts could be accommodated in the programme. ANPC 2021 will be making use of the gather.town platform.

Although there is no particular template or prescribed size for the posters at this conference, we would recommend using A0. We request that each poster presenter uploads a high-resolution PDF file of their poster by Wednesday 8 September 2021.
