The conferenc e aims to provide a stimulating atmosphere for scientists and engineers f rom around the world. The conference will\, as in the past\, include plena ry invited talks and parallel tracks with contributions outlining state-of -the-art developments in different areas. The program focuses on all area s of detector development and instrumentation in particle physics\, astro- particle physics and closely related fields\, in particular:\n\n·       Accelerator-based particle physics\n\n·      Non-accelerator pa rticle physics\,  particle astrophysics and cosmology\n\n·      E xperiments with synchrotron radiation and neutrons\n\n·      Nuclea r physics\n\n·      Cosmology\n\n·      Instrumentation and mon itoring of particle and photon beams\n\n·      Applications in phot on science\, biology\, medicine\, and engineering\n\nThe Registrations for TIPP2023 are now being re-directed to the TIPP2023.org Portal\, from whi ch you will be able to make Payments as well.
