DESCRIPTION:\n\nThe South African Gravity Society (SAGS) conference will b
 e hosted by Stellenbosch University on 18 - 22 August 2024. This will be
  an in-person event.  \n\nWe welcome contributions representing research
  in theoretical\, computational\, mathematical\, observational or experime
 ntal aspects of general relativity and gravitation. The scope includes cos
 mology and astrophysics. Postgraduate students are encouraged to attend an
 d present their work. \n\nThe Department of Physics and the Astronomy a
 nd Astrophysics Research Group invite you to the picturesque town of Ste
 llenbosch\, located in the heart of the South African winelands. Stellenb
 osch is easily accessible for visitors with Cape Town International Airpor
 t 40 km away. Delegates are requested to arrange their own accommodation.
  \n\nThe registration fee is ZAR 5 000. This can be paid directly\, or b
 y requesting an invoice from Stellenbosch University. Limited financial su
 pport is available for postgraduate students. Please indicate if you wish 
 to apply for support during your registration. Letters of motivation shoul
