Registration is now open. Early Bird registration fees of R3 500.00 are payable before 31 August 2012. From 1 September 2012 the fees will be R4 000.00. All bank charges are for the account of the delegate. Invoices will be sent upon registration and payments are to be made to iThemba LABS. A copy of the bank transfer must be sent to the Secretariat.(The copy must indicate the participant´s name or registration number).
