SEARCH SKILLS

This section will focus extensively on searching for relevant scholarly written articles and how to stay within the subject matter/experts.

  1. Do you know what you are looking for?
  2. Can you stack your discovered resources in an organized arrangement
  3. Can you successfully navigate your way around the thousands of materials?
     

READING A JOURNAL (SCIENTIFIC) ARTICLE

The decision to select the appropriate articles is key to the output; writing. A simplified skill to reading and consolidating scientific article will be discussed in details

          1.  Rhetorical moves ​​

WRITING SKILLS

Communicating your narrative to a specialized community requires skills and knowledge. The work will focus on three (3) key components areas

  1. How to write
  2. What to write
  3. Who to write to

 Requirements:  participants must bring along a laptop that can link to the internet.

Wi-FI is available in the venue.
