The meeting will start at 9AM on Monday 16th March and finish at 1PM on Friday 20th March.
Participants are responsible for booking and paying for their own accommodation.
The Lord Charles Hotel in Somerset West has a small number of rooms available at a special rate.

The above rates are per room per night, accommodation inclusive of breakfast and 15% VAT. The rate however does not include the 1% Tourism and Promotional Levy per night. All hotel residents will have free internet access available in their hotel bedrooms.

We are arranging daily return transport between the Lord Charles Hotel and iThemba LABS. Please be mindful of this, especially if you are booking accommodation elsewhere.
A small number of rooms are available at iThemba LABS for students. To reserve one of these contact the organisers on anstt2020@tlabs.ac.za.
If you decide to stay in Cape Town you will need to arrange your own transport to and from iThemba LABS. Uber and other taxi services are readily available.
