Such a partnership will help in the development and shaping library and information services .This is an opportunity for a dynamic library management to lobby decision makers to support libraries in their community engagement efforts. Makrwede is Senior Manager: Circulation Services, holder of Master of Information Studies degree from the University of Natal. She is a university library manager for 12 years, from Vista University Library, University of Port Elizabeth Library and Nelson Mandela Metropolitan Library and Information Services Ms L. Ngabase is a Librarian at the Nelson Mandela Metropolitan University, who has a PE Technikon NDip. in Library and Information Studies and 10 years’ experience working in law libraries. Ms B. Chigumbu is an Assistant Director: Library services NMBM graduated at UFH in 1994 with B.Bibl and worked as a librarian in charge for 9 years.
