To register for MUON Workshop 2019, please complete all the fields in the registration form. You will receive an invoice for registration with payment details. Payment is possible via EFT or online credit card via the secure payment gateway.
Forward proof of payment to muon2019@tlabs.ac.za, using your invoice number as reference. Registration will not be considered as complete until full payment is received. Pre-payment of the registration fee is required.
Early Bird registration closes on 15 February.
Refund of registration fees, less 20% for administrative charges, will be made for cancellations received before 1 March 2019. After this date, no refunds will be possible. Refunds will be processed after the workshop. In case of a no-show, no refund will be possible.
Cancellations have to be confirmed in writing to muon2019@tlabs.ac.za. Please include full banking details.
