Description
We discuss semileptonic Bc-meson decays into final charmonium states Jpsi and etaC
within the Standard Model and beyond. We calculate relevant hadronic transition form factors and motivated by the recent measured deviations in Bc -> Jpsi l nu decay from the SM prediction, we carefully examine possibilities of New Physics in these decays.
