The meeting will start at 9am on Monday 18th March and finish at approx 4pm on Wednesday 20th March.
Participants are responsible for booking and paying for their own accommodation. The Lord Charles Hotel in Somerset West has a small number of rooms available at 1650 ZAR per night (bed and breakfast) and to book please contact the hotel directly mentioning the workshop. We are planning to arrange transport from Somerset West so if you book a hotel in that locality we will transport you back and forth.

If you decide to stay in Cape Town you will need to arrange your own transport to and from iThemba LABS. Uber and other taxi services are readily available.
