Participants at the ANSTT meeting in 2019
The ANSTT3 will be a 5 day workshop hosted by iThemba LABS, Cape Town to focus on accelerator mass spectrometry, metrology and applications, environmental measurements and nuclear structure studies at iThemba LABS. This follows on from the ANSTT series of meetings held in 2018 and 2019.
Due to the Global Pandemic we are currently investigating the best platform for the Workshop, either as in-person, virtual, or a hybrid solution. More information will follow shortly.
Collaborations both UK-Africa and inter-Africa will again be at the forefront of the workshop, including Memoranda of Understanding.
The workshop will be organised by the University of Brighton and iThemba LABS.
Topics to be discussed include:
• Accelerator Mass Spectrometry
• Metrology and applications
• Environmental measurements
• Neutron physics and applications
• Nuclear structure studies
• Collaborations, UK-Africa, inter-Africa
• Future experimental programmes at iThemba
There will be ample opportunity for informal discussions and abstracts for presentations on any of the above topics are welcome.
Submission of new abstracts, and updates of existing abstracts will be announced during 2021, once confirmation of the existing programme presenters is made.
