Please take note of the following guidelines to upload presentation materials on Indico:
- Once your abstract has been accepted, you will be able to attach materials to your conference contribution.
- Log in to the Indico website using the same login credentials that you used when submitting your abstract.
- In the side menu on the left of the main landing page, you should see a new menu item called "My Conference", which has a sub-menu item called "My Contributions". Clicking on "My Contributions" will take you to a list of your accepted abstracts/contributions.
- Select the relevant contribution for which you would like to upload additional material.
- Towards the bottom of the summary of your contribution, there will be a section called "Presentation Materials". To the right of the heading, you should see an icon that looks like a pencil. Clicking this icon will allow you to edit the section.
- You should then be able to upload content using the "Upload files" or "Add link" options.
- Select the material you would like to upload (your poster file or pre-recording, for example) and click "Upload". Please be sure to follow the naming conventions given here.
- The files will then be processed further by the ANPC 2021 Local Organising Committee and our technical team.
