Getting to and from the venue:
Buses will be going from iThemba LABS to the Welcome Function venue and back to iThemba LABS after the event. Should you wish to go directly to your hotel from the event, this can be arranged but please indicate this on the following spreadsheet by the end of Wednesday 26 November 2025:
Transfers for ANPC 2025 Social Functions
The buses will be at iThemba LABS at 18h45 and will be leaving for the venue at 19h00. Please be there promptly if you are intending on going with the bus.
Note that the buses leaving the Gala Dinner to come back to iThemba LABS will be staggered. The first bus will leave Eikenhof Estate at 22h45 and the second bus will leave at approximately 23h30.

In order to enable an iCal export link, your account needs to have an API key created. If you think someone else may have acquired access to a link using this key in the future, you must immediately create a new key pair on the 'My Profile' page under the 'HTTP API' and update the iCalendar links afterwards.
