The Symposium will be held at a Venue close to Cape Town.

Social Functions
The following social functions are planned for the IASEN2024 Symposium. These functions are included in the Symposium Fee for both participants and accompanying persons.
- A Welcome Reception will be held on Sunday 8 December (venue to be announced).
- A tour of iThemba LABS will be followed by a Spit-braai (Barbeque) on one of the Symposium days.
- The Symposium Dinner will be held on Thursday 12 December.
An Excursion is planned for one afternoon. More details will be provided in due course.
Registration Fees (participants):
Early Bird (closes 31 October): 350 Euros
Late Registration (closes 22 November): 400 Euros
The registration fee includes coffee / tea and lunch breaks, social activities, and proceedings.
Registration Fees (accompanying persons): 200 Euros and it includes social activities.
The social activities are:
• Welcome reception • Symposium banquet • Half Day excursion
The conference fee does not include the accommodation. Accommodation should be booked directly with the Hotel
Financial support will be available to South African students and scientists. The candidates for financial support will be selected by the Local Organizing Committee.
