The registration fee for Symposium delegates is xxx Euro which includes lunch, coffee breaks, a welcome reception, dinner, excursion and proceedings. The deadline for Early Bird registration is xxx September. A fee of xxx Euro will be payable from 1 October onwards. Registration closes on 18 November 2024. A registration fee of xxx Euro for accompanying persons include social activities. The conference fee does not include the accommodation. Accommodation at the chosen Hotel has to be booked and paid directly (see accommodation page). Limited financial support will be available to South African students and scientists. The candidates for financial support will be selected by the Local Organizing Committee.
