The Registration Fees for the Symposium delegates are R7000 (early bird) and R7700 (late registration) which includes lunch, coffee / tea breaks, a welcome reception, dinner, excursion and proceedings. Registration closes on 22 November 2024. A registration fee of R5600 for accompanying persons includes social activities. The conference fee does not include the accommodation. Accommodation at the chosen Hotel has to be booked and paid directly (see accommodation page). Limited financial support will be available to South African students and scientists. The candidates for financial support will be selected by the Local Organizing Committee.
