The registration fee covers access to the conference, a registration pack, all coffee breaks and lunches from Monday to Friday (no dinners, except where explicitly indicated), the Welcome Reception on Sunday 23 February, and the iThemba LABS visit on 28 February, which includes dinner.

The registration fee for accompanying persons includes access to the welcome reception, visit to iThemba LABS, and transport to/from the social events. Please note that accompanying persons have to register separately (follow the registration link) and will receive a separate invoice.
Payments cannot be processed before completion of the online registration form. The registration process will be completed only on receipt of payment.
Student Support
There will be limited funding available for supporting and encouraging the participation of students in CNNP2020. If you wish to be considered for this support, please register and submit the required documents to cnnp2020@tlabs.ac.za. You will be advised in due course if your application was successful.
Cancellation Policy
Any changes and cancellations must be communicated in writing to the conference secretariat (cnnp2020@tlabs.ac.za). Please include full banking details in your communication. Upon receipt of a written cancellation notice before 15 January 2020 the total registration fee will be refunded, minus a 20% processing fee. No refund can be made for cancellation after this date. Refunds will be processed by bank transfer after the conference. In case of a no-show, no refund will be possible.
Payment Options
Payments are to be made to iThemba LABS and can be made either by credit card or bank transfer. Cash payments cannot be accepted.
- Upon completion of the online registration form an invoice will be sent via email.
- Payment can be made through a bank transfer. A copy of the bank transfer must be sent to the conference secretariat at cnnp2020@tlabs.ac.za. This must indicate the participant's name or invoice number. The details of the conference account is provided below.
- Alternatively facilities for online credit card payment is also available. Details will be provided with your invoice.
- You will receive a confirmation of registration once the payment has been received and processed.
